At Velora The Collection, we want you to love every piece you receive. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
