Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with velorathecollection. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Local Pickup (Glenroy, VIC)

We offer a free local pickup option for our customers in Melbourne.

  • Location Privacy: To protect our privacy, the full pickup address in Glenroy is not displayed at checkout.

  • The Process: Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email containing the full street address and instructions.

  • Coordination: Please message 0401 923 989 with your name and order number to arrange a suitable collection time.

3. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship nationwide via Australia Post or Sendle.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days $10 AUD.

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days $15 AUD.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200.00.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
